Yes — 50% deposit on signing locks the shoot date. Balance is due before final files are delivered. For retainers, deposit is 50% on signing with monthly billing thereafter.

One round of revisions is included as standard. Additional revisions are billed hourly. We rarely need more than one — we cut a tight first edit by design.

Yes. We handle all DCAA and location-specific approvals as part of any project involving aerial footage. Permit-restricted zones may incur additional time and cost — quoted upfront.

Absolutely. We work UAE-wide — Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah. Travel and accommodation costs are added to the project quote.

For single shoots: full deposit refund if cancelled more than 7 days from shoot date; 50% refund within 7 days; no refund within 48 hours. Retainers require 30 days' written notice.
